Terms for Members

1. This site is for needle arts only.
2. Be courteous and nice to everyone.
3. Bullying of any kind isn’t allowed. There will be no degrading comments about race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender or anything similar.
4. No comments about politics.
5. No comments about religion.
6. Self-promotion, spam and irrelevant links are not allowed.
7. We abide by the copyright law and expect our members to do so as well. Do not upload copyright protected material. If you did not create it, it is protected by someone else’s copyright.
8. You may not direct members to other social platforms.
9. You may not upload videos. However you may embed them from other sites like YouTube.
10. Do not post personal/private information such as your email or postal address.
11. We reserve the right to use any content uploaded to Needle Spot for future promotions by Needle Spot.
12. Accounts for members inactive for over six months will be deleted.
13. Members of bouncing emails may be deleted or will have their email notifications turned off.

Terms for Group and Hosts

1. Group must be about some kind of needle art.
2. You may not use your group for promotions (ex: a contest or sweepstakes).
3. You may not collect data from the members in your group.
4. Your group icon must not include third-party products, brands or sponsors.
5. Any group where the host has been inactive for over a month may be deleted or assigned a new host.
6. If you would like to set up a pay group, contact us.
7. Needle Spot is not responsible for groups created by members.  However, if there is an issue, let us know and we will investigate.

Privacy Policy

1. Data use – We use your personal data to send emails in reference to Needle Spot.

2. Data access – We have never and will never rent, sell, or share your information to any third party.

3. Each email sent provides a link to easily opt-out of future emails.
